How to Appeal a Ban
If you've been banned and believe it was unjust, or if you want to apologize and request a second chance, you can submit an appeal.Before You Appeal
- Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the ban
- You may only submit one appeal per ban
- Be honest — lying in your appeal will result in denial
- Be respectful — rude or demanding appeals will be denied
- Some bans are not appealable (hacking, doxxing, severe harassment)

- Don't lie about what happened
- Don't blame others for your actions
- Don't submit multiple appeals for the same ban
- Don't contact staff repeatedly asking about your appeal
- Don't have friends appeal on your behalf
- Don't make excuses — own your mistakes
What Happens Next
- Staff will review your appeal (this may take 1-7 days)
- We may ask follow-up questions
- You'll receive a response: Accepted, Denied, or Reduced
- Accepted appeals may come with conditions (e.g., probation period)
Appeal Outcomes
Accepted: Your ban will be lifted. You may be placed on probation — any future violations will result in a permanent ban.Reduced: Your ban length may be shortened, but not fully removed.
Denied: Your ban stands. You will not be able to appeal again for this ban.
Non-Appealable Offenses
The following typically result in permanent bans that cannot be appealed:- Hacking or using cheats
- Doxxing or sharing personal information
- Severe harassment or threats
- Chargebacks on donations
- Repeated offenses after previous appeals
Ashthorn Death Bans
If you were banned from Ashthorn due to death — that's not a punishment, it's the game mode. Ashthorn is hardcore, and death bans last until the season ends. These are not appealable unless caused by a verified server error.Questions about the appeal process? Reply below.
